In India if a woman is working and husband looks after the household chores, he is termed to be 'zoru ka ghulam' (Wife's Slave)by other women, leave of others, even his mother don't like this idea of her son doing household works.😢😢

Look like more study need SL has a lot of multiculturealtic community than I taught. Moores, Europeans (Dutch, portuses, English) , south Indian Tamil, SL Tamil, Sinhalese, and Indian Kerala immigrated (mixed now), and few others. Look like a lot of refuges, trader, Soldiers, a whole people immigrated to SL. Sri Lanka fit itself between bay of Bangla and bay of Persian/Arabia. It is island nation. Diversity happened already. I saw SL Tamil and Sinhalese posting video about their DNA on you tube. Minimum 70% southern Indian DNA and Maximum 98% southern Indian DNA. Coptic/Egyptian DNA little, Chinese DNA little, etc. I am suspiuos about your research. I am glad to hear both SL Tamil and SL Sinhalese are more close than we think. (900 people not enough for data as my personal opinion-I am no one- my opinion will it be matter?) Majority of us happing INDO-ARYAN DNA is where we are geographically grew more suspicion

above findings should be in science textbooks in Primary Schools and Secondary schools in Sri-Lanka. Then, discrimination between the two groups would rapidly go down. However, such enlightenment would be against the interest of Politicians; who thrive on identity politics for votes. Therefore, I would say, unfortunately above finding would find its place only is science journals and science journals normally is not widely read.

those things were hunted, now the hunting has stopped , the older crocs knows that they were hunted but the younger crocs dont know that , it will not take long for these crocs to start targeting people like in the nivala river, Never underestimate these animals they are very smart ,smarter than you think so avoid or scare off a croc if you see one , never give them the impression that humans are safe, if we are safe we become potential food

Delighted to see Sri Lankan railway running models. It is rather surprising that the subcontinent which has a huge history of railways lacks people who are into this hobby. In fact most are even unaware of such a thing and the few rail road modelers often choose a western theme. Srilanka has train journeys which are on every train enthusiasts or traveler's list. I'm sure there are many rail road modelers who would love to see these miniature scale models.

If not for modern medicine, the corrupt state of sri lanka would still be sending people into isolation. Blaming hundreds year old dutch and british laws that were enforced by ceylonese themselves says volumes about your accountability. Im tired of hearing indians blaming "british colonization" for everything. They never blame the mughals for anything cause they dont wanna upset their ever growing islamic neighbors, nor their precious leader Modi who commits literal war crimes to this very day. Why else does it take till the 2020s for change?

What do you gain by holding on to our ancient royal articles. All our Sinhala medical knowledge is inscribed in natural tree paper books. More than 2500 were taken to English along with our gems , ivory and jewellery. My Sinhalese always welcome visitors with a warm welcome. We have no grudges. But we never steal from other countries. Our kings were self sufficient. Great engineers who built kingdoms like sigiriya .
